Atleast when they're coach (Marvin Lewis) is on the hotseat, he gets the job done. They're at the top of their division. Dick Jauron is on the hotseat and he still doesn't get it done. You'd think Jauron would try anything to fight for his job.

That's deceiving because in reality, they had (3) 8-8 seasons and (2) winning seasons including this year, so not bad.

Jeff Fisher has had only 6 winning seasons in 16 years. (with a bunch of 8-8 seasons mixed in)

Atlanta Falcons have never in their entire team history had back to back winning seasons.

Reality? Bills suck this year, but I'll continue to root for them. :)
