If you include Harvey Johnson & Lou Saban returning for two stints, Buffalo averages a new head coach every 3.1 years, how sad is that....Kind of hard to build a contender when Ralph changes HC's like I change my underwear. Look at some of the players we have gotten rid of in the past, they went on to have great careers with other teams, so we have had the talent, we just have not had anyone capable of pulling it together, with the exception of Marv....Comment

in some ways i've gotten so accustomed to the dick jauron as coach joke, i kind of fret when he leaves. of course, i am saying, it couldnt' get worse, but it always has.
