He has been waived to make room for Hardy.

Why him over Todd Johnson is confusing as hell

Another senseless draft pick.

Roster mismangement and Depth has plagued this roster the whole time under Skeletor regime i will keep saying it over and over again
so we need 9 WRs under contract and 7 on the roster?
and most teams carry only 2 Rbs thats how u develop talent
Nice work
No Depth at LBer No Depth at Oline No Depth at TE
now no depth at RB
WTF are they doing seriously
i guess i shouldnt be surprised

WTF?

Why is Todd Johnson still on this team and Xavier Omon not?

This front office never ceases to amaze me.

Is Omon still PS eligible? Perhaps they move him there and cut Huggins or Hawthorne. But they have Bruce Hall there too.

I agree though Todd Johnson shoudl have been gone. If they really needed him, he'd be there to sign

i bet he bangs more cowbell's ex before he leaves Buffalo.

How useless is Omon? VERY.

He is still practice squad eligible, and I highly doubt somebody claims him.

I don't have a problem with this move whatsoever.

Someone else is bound to be placed on IR after the game on Sunday. Omon will be back.

WTF?

This front office never ceases to amaze me.

Because this organization is made up of a bunch of losers who don't know what it takes to win. Nothing surprises me with them.

What the **** do we have 7 WRs on the roster for? And 6 ****ing safeties? :ill:

awesome that we wasted yet another pick on rb and don't trust it enough to use him.

unbelievable.

Do you guys really think Omon will get claimed?

I hope Omon liked his NFL career. It's over.

Unless, we pick him back up.

Can Omon go back to the PS? Johnson cannot

That's a shame. Oman looked good.

well...I found an answer....Omon can go back to the PS if he clears waivers

I liked him, I'm sure another team will give him a look.

Why are people pissed? Omon has done nothing for the Bills and we suck anyway. Every screw up this front office does brings us closer to a better draft pick and better coach.

He had good size, made decent cuts, surprisingly fast for his size. :idunno:

I suppose they don't consider running back to be much of a priority with Lynch and Jackson on the roster, but hey, doesn't mean Omon is a bad player.

he's probably going to clear waivers and he is practice squad eligible. :idunno:

That's a shame. Oman looked good.

I liked Omon too. He reminded me of a poor mans Darren Sproles. Not sure why we didn't run with him more, especially when Lynch was suspended the first 3 games. I know it was garbage time in both games, but each of his 3 carriers against Tampa Bay and the Saints were nice runs.

I'm convinced that if the Bills front office had 2 choices of paths to walk on, they'd pick hot coals over yellow brick, just to show they know better.

I have zero faith in most any decision they make. The rare ones that do work out were nothing more than blind luck.

He blocked that field goal that time. It was awesome! ;)

Regardless of whether the mediocre Omon comes back or not, we still have the mediocre Bruce Hall on the PS for depth.

I think the Bills brass thinks Omon will clear waivers and go on the practice squad. If an injury happens to Lynch or Jackson he will be activated. It's not like he would play with Lynch or Jackson healthy. I don't think it is a bad move.

Does anyone realize Cory McIntyre isn't very good? When he is on the field our ypc goes form approx. 4.2 down to 2.4. And, isn't he injured?

We really need 6 safeties? WTF

You're missing the point. Another wasted pick. Instead of treating draft picks like building blocks, we treat them like lottery tickets. If it's not a winner we can just throw it away.

not really but we're thin enough at RB and too fat at the WR and S positions. that's just piss poor roster management.

it's still the same front office who will screw up the better draft pick and new coach. why will it be any different this time?

i just don't get this team though.

They missed the dwight wright RB selection, follow up the following year with Omon, who now no one would take and can be practice squad eligibile.

Ever since jauron came here, the practice squad is a viable way of getting people onto the gameday field. i don't remember the practice squad being used for anything but PRACTICE back in the day. These guys in the front office and coaching staff think they are so brilliant. it's disgusting.
