Has anyone ever successfully streamed videonor audio of the game on an iPhone? If so, how?

No.... mostly because of the flash limitations.

If I'm not mistaken, BMN has done this/does this currently with WGR on his iPhone.

if you get the Flycast APP you can listen to the game on WGR550. Works very well actually.

Don't know of a way to get video feeds though.

I have done what Thurm mentioned... very delayed, but that likely wouldn't matter to you. Audio works very well over 3G anyways.
