I want to see the Bills hire Mike Zimmer. His contract is up after this season in Cincy and he has completely turned that teams defense and attitude around. He is a very realistic pick because he won't command a huge salary and he's a guy much like Tomlin that players respect and fear because he holds everyone accountable.

Zimmer is my pick for Buffalo.

I agree with you that a big name coach seems unlikely. But, Vic's comments seem pretty firm and that he has inside info.

I don't want any more Defensive Coordinators. (no shot at Zimmer, who may be a very good asst. coach ) They usually make lousy HC's, especially in Buffalo.

Our next guy better come from the Offensive side. Of course the Bills will select another Mularkey type, just to drive us further into insanity.
