Lets try and focus on the bright spots of this team....

Who do you guys feel are the top 3 players on the team based mainly on performance?


Also name you bottom three that have played below your pre-season expectation.


Top 3:

Byrd (Elite playmaker)

Florence (Solid coverage guy, dedicated himself to the weight room, has been our top CB arguably)

Jackson (Versatility has been invaluable)


Underachievers:

Edwards (Johnson, Losman, Edwards)

K.Williams (Playing beside a PBer has not helped him)

Eric Wood (Disappointed a bit in his run blocking and ability to handle the bull rush)

2. Lynch
3. Nelson

With Lynch mistake away from a year's vacation I could not put him in my top 3.

why are people picking Nelson? im not arguing, i just dont understand why...He is a rare athlete at the TE position. His potential is virtually limitless, now the Bills just have to actually use him. Honestly, he might be the best athlete in the NFL playing the TE position.

He's a WR playing TE. Creates matchup issues and forces teams to game plan against him. Granted he has a long way still to go but potentially he could be a game breaker.

I loved watching him play in college, the guy just took over games sometimes.

I think you missed the purpose of the thread... i.e. focus on the positives.

edit: nevermind it looks like people are branching out into starting a team based on potential now.

He leads all our TE's in catches and TD's. Only played in 6 games to boot.

I agree though I took the question more to read if I was re-starting a team.

I agree with these three as a base foundation. Two young playmakers --one offensive, one defensive, and a proven vet leader at a key d-line position.
