ok ive been thinking of this while working for the last few hours.

the promotion of fewell solves the rooney rule for the bills

simple!

if the bills are indeed gonna make a splash or i forget the exact term vic carucci said the easiest way to solve getting our man from day 1 of the end of the season is to have a minority as the interim head coach.

to me the firing of DICK and promotion of fewell might just be some of the best forward thinking the bills have had in years

Exactly! Most of the time your interim coach doesn't want to be on the team anymore once he gets that interim job. By promoting Fewell...they can keep April next year when the new coach comes.
