He won't even stay as a backup. I'm amazed that they are going this far with him already, but it's obvious that Trent Edwards will NOT be on the Buffalo Bill team next year.

Seriously though, if it wasn't for the whole Jauron firing thing, I would skip this game. Fitz starting is EXACTLY the equivalent of starting Holcomb over JP before we truly knew what JP was.

perhaps they also know trents' concussion is more serious and that since he hasn't shown it so far, it's better for everyone's sake that he not be put out there.
