As I said, its a put up or shut up approach from Mike.

I think the Bills are more serious about doing what it takes than were given credit for. I think Mike will see that and I think he will get a big offer.

Mike: "I think, if I were to take this position, we may need to make a big trade for a proven QB... it could mean trading a 1st rounder and more"
Russ: "You would be in charge and we would do whatever we need to to give you what you need"
Mike: "We might need to get go and dazzle a proven LT like Marcus McNeil with a very big contract"
Russ: "We will give you whatever you need"
Russ: "We would like to sign you to a 4 year deal worth 10 million per year. And, we also will give you a 5 million signing bonus if you sign on with us today"

Thats what Im talking about.
