They are in desperate need of a RB and have two 1st rounders.
Lynch would possibly be better value than what they could expect to get in the mid-20s (Denver's pick) and a change of scenery back to the West Coast might help Mashawn.
We can look to draft Toby Gerhart or James Starks in the 2010 draft or maybe even both.
A trio of Jackson, Gerhart (who could play FB too) and Starks would be nice depth
