Just may have gone down by one... KC pulled a shocker to beat Pitt. They are now 3 and 7 as well... tiebreakers may put them below us.

In fact, is we have the tie breakers go our way, we are sitting at 6th.

Yep, and that is my focus for the remainder of the year....losses actually help this team...we need to get a high pick and get a difference maker at that spot. I don't want to pick any lower then 5.

I cant root for losses, I can root for a high draft pick... Its just a game Im playing with myself... I make the two different in my mind.

WE don't need to worry about a tie break with the Chiefs. They will beat us in a couple weeks.

I see only StL and Cleve as possibly going QB out of the teams above us.

TB? No, Det? no, Oak?, probably not.

Wash? Yes but they may be below us on draft day.

cheifs dont need a qb so they are not at threat if we are looking at qb in the draft anyway

its a consolation prize from losing. it's not what we want, but it makes the losing more palatable.

But before we go QB, we need to find a way of keeping him out of hospital

so elite LT

There's no point in drafting Bradford if the OL allow him to receive a career ending shoulder injury on his first pro play

On OT:

Clev- No, Joe Thomas
STL- No, Jason Smith
TB- Yes
Det- Yes
Oak- Maybe, Gallery may make them gun shy

So, Okung wont likely drop to us, Trent Williams or Bulaga will be there, maybe Campbell.

I think TB will go for Suh or McCoy - KC are still in the mix and will move Albert inside.

I see Williams as a RT in the league, and of the three remaining, I think Campbell has the highest ceiling as in Jonathan Ogden potential. He's not quite as polished as Okung yet but is rapidly closing.

Dont totally agree on Williams. He starts at LT, and has good feet and quickness for his size. I could see him staying at LT.

I'd look away from QB if you're picking in the top five. The QB class this year is vastly overrated and is relatively weak. I'd be looking to go the BPA route, if that happens to be an OL then so be it, if it happens to be a WR, then so be it.

Raiders just beat the Bengals and now have 3 wins also.

Sweet....

I just wish having a top-10 pick always helped fix the team. Too many times a franchise has been set back by blowing a high pick and then it hurts the team and salary cap.

At the same time, it's an opportunity to grab a difference-maker at a crucial position (T, QB, etc.).

Washington is 3 and 7 as well.

At best we pick 6th (Tenn loses and we pick 5th), at worst 9th

If it all ended today.

I think we sit 6th because we have the worst division and conference record

GBNReport updates the proper draft order every week. After last weeks lose we were sitting in 9th place in the NFL draft tied with seattle and WAshington who had the same record but had weaker strength of schedule which is the tie breaker. By my calculations with both KC and Oakland winning they will fall behind us

The draft order would now be something like

1. Cleveland
2. St. Louis
3. Tampa Bay
4. Detroit
5. Washington/Seattle
6. Washington/Seattle
7. Buffalo
8. Oakland
9. Kansas City
