I agree with the college thing but I love me some Jim Harbaugh and I think he'll be a successful coach in the NFL someday, though this is a real tough assignment for a first-time NFL head coach.

If this were 2 coaching changes ago a guy like Ferentz or Harbaugh would be totally fine with me but since we have missed badly with unproven commodities it is unacceptable at this point.

I would be ambivalent about Zimmer or Leslie Frazier.

I agree with the rest of your list. I don't want a college guy or any retread that hasn't won a Super Bowl.

i'll take an up and coming coach in the event we have real scouts and a real, proven GM. Otherwise, no thanks to the list you mentioned above.

However, Leslie Frazier is a legit candidate as Ground chuck mentioned. We should be excited about him if we get the GM and talent evaluators around him. Or else he'll be left trying to make sense of poor talent and having to pick off practice squads to field a team.

If We HAVE to go with someone who isn't in the top 4-5 list of proven coaches, I'd definitely be interested in him.

To have put together that good a D for as abad a coach as Chilly, I dunno... But I like what he did in Minny anyway.

I had always hoped the last 2 changes the Bills would have taken Jim Johnson. Always loved those eagles D's. I thought he deseved his won team. too bad.

I'm not a Chuckie fan.

He took a Tony Dungy team to the SB and couldn't keep it together. What really bothers me about him is that he couldn't make up his mind about QBs, shuffling them in and out. AND he left the Bucs in complete shambles.

We're better off with him in the booth.
