[The Zone] Cleveland released Denman, their 7th rd selection (213th overall) in the 2001 draft. As a senior at Notre Dame, Denman made 84 tackles with 14 TFLs, 5 sacks and 1 PBU. He runs fairly well with the range to make plays at the sidelines. He delivers sure tackling skills, but is not a punishing tackler. He has the mobility and quickness to drop in coverage with the change of direction skills to match up in man situations, though he is still raw in that role. Saw action in only 2 games last season with the Browns.

The defense is supposed to be ala gangland tackling. All he has to do is slow the ball carrier down and let Clements et al lay some wood on him

His speed in the 40 (4.8) is only average for a LB. He'll only ever be depth. He's a little bigger and probably a little better than Stevenson. Nothing to get real excited about. The other moves (Houghton, Tuilei (or however you spell the name of the LB from NE), and Geason are probably all a little more significant moves.
