</td> </tr> <tr align="left"> <td class="Box_57996168_Td" width="100%"> Orchard Park (WGR 550) -- Perry Fewell has the Bills practicing outside this afternoon. There's a noticable difference between Fewell's practices compared to Dick Jauron's. Aside from practicing in the rain instead of the fieldhouse, during the 10-minute media portion of practice, Fewell stopped all the drills and shouted, "Get it right, Let's get it right

Marshawn Lynch (shoulder) was participating and appeared to be going at full-speed. Based on what we saw from the quarterbacks, it appears that Ryan Fitzpatrick will start on Sunday against the Dolphins. We'll have more on that situation after Fewell's press conference at 2:45.

Terrence McGee, Ashton Youboty, Marcus Stroud, John McCargo and Demetrius Bell were not partcipating. Stroud and Bell were not on the field.

Newly signed guard Kendall Simmons was wearing #71. The Bills activated OL Christian Gaddis to the 53-man roster today. Gaddis was cut by the Bills before the season. The Bills also signed defensive tackle Lonnie Harvey and offensive lineman Jason Watkins to the practice squad. Both players are undrafted free agents. Harvey was cut by the Panthers before the season and played at Morgan State. Watkins played at Florida and was cut by the Houston Texans before the start of the season.
