A New Name for GM

I haven't seen this name before now. Jeff Ireland is Bill Parcells' second in command at Miami. The blogger in the link thinks he's a possible candidate for the Bills at the GM position.

GM must be the priority over Head Coach IMO

People forget that Shanahan running up a huge over the cap deficit whilst at Denver, whilst Cowher relied on first Donahoe and then Colbert to sign good free agents and excel in the draft. Seldom has a Head Coach acting also as a GM been effective.

We should sign a top up and coming GM, and then give him the latitude to bring in the best coach for the Bills, whether it be a veteran HC, a college HC or a top coordinator, and surround him with the staff that will help us win.
