Sabres ponder hiring goalie coach
By TIM GRAHAM
News Sports Reporter

There are some striking similarities between Martin Biron and Jean-Sebastien Giguere.
Both are French Canadian goalies, born three months apart, each selected in the first round of the 1995 NHL draft. Giguere was chosen 13th overall, three slots before the Buffalo Sabres took Biron.
Their career regular-season stats are close. Biron is 75-85-20 with a 2.42 goals-against average and .910 save percentage. Giguere is 73-78-19 with a 2.44 GAA and .914 save percentage.
That, however, is where the comparison ends.
Giguere has developed into a superstar under the tutelage of goalie guru Francois Allaire, a coach the Sabres would like to speak with.

Yeah
it was already Reported Detroit and Buffalo Were Seen Talking to Hasek's Legal Rep. about Contracts, after that incedent in street hockey league he'll need money to pay the fine and get this one thing no one really mentioned..
Hasek has to pay $13,000 Monthly For the other players Medical Expences (for the Injury inflicted) and the Physical Thereapist the Guy is going to see to get going again. (Go Figure.. when the court ruled hasek to pay the expenses, the guy picked teh most expensive doctors.)
Rumor has it he Didnt Accept Detroits Offer (Rather Denied with Extreme Caution) , But Didnt Say NO to Buffalo, Nor Accepted Terms.
I Think he's Waiting to see what GOLISANO is Goin to Do about hte Roster First, and If He Gets Offered Enough HESEK Re TURNS TO The HSBC Arena Baby,
1 Reason he went to detroit was he Knew he'd be traded to Cut the Salary (Right Before the Owner was Busted)
Anyway.
news Is Keeping an eye on Haseks Legal Rep.s Office/Home just to see if he returns to the NHL.
and If He Does I Give him Till late September to get back up to the HASEK Standard.
in other News Giguere Broke Patrick ROY's record for OT Shutout Streak.. and a Few other of his Record (GAA is in the Works)
Figures after he retires A unexpected Goalie Breaks his Records.

I never read the newspaper. All sub par yellow journalism to me.Lou Saban: You can get it done, you can get it done. And what’s more, you’ve gotta get it done.
