If he signs on with another team next season, does he forfeit the money owed to him by the Bills? I don't know where else I heard of this happening, but I was just wondering. I think that's why Shanahan will cost more than $7 million per, b/c that's what he is getting now from the Broncos.

What if someone hired him as a Defensive Coordinator? That's definitely possible.

He would take a pay cut to go back to work. We won't hear Jauron's name in the next few years.
