Yea I know, I got mine too. Well, I looked it over and Kawika actually cut his hair a week or two ago after Dick left.
Maybe they just told him the wrong date for the photoshoot on purpose.

and i know ralph is an elf. but the lighting of the other shadows suggests byrd should have some sort of shadow on the right side of his body.
