All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
whitner is havinig another crap game with one good play.
in the first drive where everyone was open in the endzone, he stuttered and then didn't cover anyone. a rookie mistake.
then he gets torched on the slot receiver yet again. i can't help but think when a QB sees whitner come up to the slot receiver, that receiver is the automatically go to guy.
his contract is up this year, and he shouldn't be back.
He has had a couple of bad plays, but a couple of good ones. Like OP said earlier, he was playing very well early. I think Whitner is a good player, but not all-world. I hope he turns it up for the rest of the game.
he wasn't playing well early. they threw bad passees when he made mistakes. the thread title is right. "that was a great play by whitner." One. one decent play that most safeties make.
