question on arm strength

if you have a weak arm like fitz, if you play on a shorter schedule, is it like baseball where you may be throwing with less oomph?

i guess it would be like that to everyone, but it's just more noticable iin an already weak armed qb's.

any truth on this? or am i being crazy?
