probably should be in a different forum.. but this is basically the national title game.


-right now I'm surprised at the lack of pressure by the Florida defense. if they can't get to McElroy better they'll get blown out.

the Gators defense looks terrible. I'm stunned. They look totally unprepared.

yeah... wow... Alabama will blow them out if that Florida defense doesn't wake up soon.

One of the best defenses in the nation is looking like crap right now. Almost like they thought they just had to show up to win.

That missed xp could end up being huge.

Of course, as you've already pointed out, Florida has to get their heads out of their asses first.

Saban, hands down.

Tebow hype might be a bit too much to stomach at times... but at least he backs it up and largely deserves it. Saban is just low class scum.

Spikes is kind of overrated, imo, probably a good 2nd round pick though.

looks like this one is done. i've no doubt Fla can score to tighten it up, but i don't think they can stop 'Bama today.

I just don't see where all this "Tebow will make a great NFL quarterback because he just wins" bull**** is coming from. This guy has ALL day to throw and his accuracy is awful.

Bad footwork, poor accuracy and the tap tap tap will get you killed in the NFL.

yep. he stares down the WRs... he is indecisive with the football... and he's only an average passer.

Have to say, that wasn't much of a game. Florida didn't even score a point in the second half? Alabama DOMINATED that game pretty much the entire time. I thought they would win, but not by that much.

If Florida plays like that in their bowl game, I can almost guarantee they won't be winning. Alabama was running at will.

Maybe that Florida D got fat on bad teams this season.

I maintained last year that the SEC offenses were horrible. They seemed to have improved this year, but now I don't know...that Florida defense was supposedly one of the best in football?

Joining the convo late, i LOVED the way Rolando McClain played. Very quick and very strong. You guys see his tackle on Tebow in the first half? The way he chased him down then took him down. I don't think anyone in the nation has taken down Tebow with such ease as McClain. If we go defense and Suh is gone, McClain has to be the guy. He's a Ray Lewis clone!

By the way I have never seen Hernandez have such a bad game. The whole UF receiver group went Braylon Edwards yesterday.
