    And with this line...

    Jimmy Clausen is a franchise signal-caller
    He lost me...it was a solid write up, missed a few things both pro and con, but nothing glaring. I do disagree with his final assesment though.

      I like Clausen alot i would say he is my top QB i like the most
      we need 1 i think we have to choose 1 so i say Clausen coached by Weis is our best bet
      my darhorse is Ryan Mallott if he declares from ARK, if he comes out i like him over everyone
      but Pike has opened my eyes a little too but he looks to thin back there
      Tebow i changed my opinion on 100 times so that makes me not want him now....

          I'm confused. It's says "report".... i failed to see who's reporting anything about Clausen and Buffalo being interested..... except for a fan bloggers opinion.

            Clausen is a douche.
            I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"
            "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet.

            It was all             true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
            He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can             mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

                  I've warmed up to Clausen over the last week or so. I'm pretty much convinced that he'll go number 1.

                  So talking about him coming to buffalo is a fever dream. We've a much stronger shot at Bradford i think. I'm going to hope Bradford can't work out before the draft, and the bills take a shot at him, because of all the QBs in this draft, he's clearly the best of this mediocre group (not that he's all that good, he just screams "bust" much quieter then the rest)

                        I am not convinced on any of these QB's at all. I am going to wait until the combine to make any assesment on these QB's.

                        It seems that the only QB that has worked in this franchise was a tough, big/strong, accurate, smart passer. We need to find our next Jim Kelly. Sadly, we missed out on moving up in the draft in '04' to get big Ben. Instead we let Dallas rape us on picks, and moved up to take Lossman. I'm done with these puny, potentially great QB's. That's what this class screams.

                          Big Ben was a sure lock, he fell in that draft (because a bunch of teams are run by morons) and there was no way he was getting past Pittsburgh who picked 2 picks in front of us.

                          The smart thing, the thing i was praying the bills would do, would have been to trade up past Pitt to get him. But no. this team let him fall into the Steelers lap.

                            Sorry. I just don't see Clausen as a day one franchise starter.

                            Maybe with time and amazing wide receivers.

                              Hindsight is a funny thing. We'd probably be better off today if we gave away our entire 2006, 2007 and 2008 drafts to make that one move up. Sad but true. I looked back and honestly there was no one on those lists that gave me a warm fuzzy.
