Jason Campbell wouldn't be my first, second or third choice but our choices may be limited. One thing i will give Campbell credit is, he's had a different O.C. every single season while in the NFL and when he played for Auburn, i believe they changed O.C. atleast once too.

Cambell will be the best available free agent, barring any cuts, i.e Bulger, Delhomme (even then there's an argument). I would love to see what Brohm has by the end of this season, but it doesn't look as though we will get the luxury of seeing. Personally, I do not believe there is a QB in the upcoming draft that has what it takes to play IN Buffalo. Jim Kelly has said it takes a different kind of breed to play here, and I'll believe the only franchise QB we've ever had. We missed out on trading up for Big Ben when we had our chance in '04'. This Mallet kid however is big and strong. If he has a good combine, I'd think he suits our team better than any of the other options. Nobody knows if he will declare as of yet however. Cambell would be a quick fix while we rebuild our trenches. In no way am I saying he is a great QB. I'm sure many Washington fans can't wait to kick him to the curb. Barring a great showing at the combine from any of the QB's (even then, St. Louis/Oakland/Cleveland may snag one or more of them up), I want the Bills to draft the best player available.

Or if you dont find one you like, look on the net and if you catch an admin on a good day and ask nicely they usually help you for free the first time.

He's absolutly better than what we currently have...and with some ACTUAL coaching he may be decent enough to lead a RUSHING FIRST attack.

Because let's be honest...that's what this offense will be going forward. We have two good backs, the next coach will hopefully use them accordingly

I say bring in as much competition as possible, and weed out the clipboard holders and let 4 QB's fight for the 3 roster positions.

Will draft a rookie. we have Brohm, bring in a couple of vets. I serioulsy don't think any QB on our roster this year should be on our roster next year.

Agree with this supply/demand take. But a horrible move for the Bills if it happened. I'd rather find the best the CFL has to offer or the likes of a Sage Rosenfels as a short term answer while we draft and groom a younger QB. Vick is another story all together.

It's a poor year for QB FA unfortunately, and the money is better spent finding OL, LB, DL help.

Campbell, or Vick for that matter, will give us far more production in '10, '11 than any of the top draft prospects will.

Draft a 3rd rounder (LeFevour or Tebow) and groom him and Brohm behind this vet. Meanwhile, build a smashmouth running game via draft, free agency and trade.

Agreed. Overpaying for Jason Campbell would be a huge mistake. If he came cheap then sure, sign him as he is better then what the team currently has.
