A Highly Likely Coach that fits the scheme: Leslie Frazier

A top Coordinator. I put Frazier and Grimm as the 2 top coveted coordinators. The DC from Minnesota has had some great defenses and one thing that is important is he'd fit the scheme in Buffalo defensively. The Vikings run a 4-3 hybrid/cover 2. And I think if we go a coordinator route if the big coaches Reject us, I'd give him serious consideration.

i like him as well. he has an impressive resume of places where he stopped and when he stopped there. those teams were always doing well defensively. key is though, he needs players to work with. you can't give him crap and expect something different just because one piece got fixed.

Thing i don't like about Frazier is that he's always had great players. But, i wouldn't mind him as long we get a proven offensive guru as O.C.

Hopefully nobody expects much from the new guy the first season. He needs the chance in year one to start bringing in his own guys via FA and a couple of drafts.

Russ Grimm is a better choice... but it wouldnt be a bad move... better than Jauron and Fewell

and those two guys weren't modrak or guy people. they were the aj smith butler era guys.

so the two guys who were here before saw that this team was a joke and left for more money and more legitimacy.

I'm warming to this line of thinking, Blitz. Still hoping for a proven commodity, but this is probably more realistic and still palatable.
