All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

"Our conditioning program helped me out tremendously," said Henry, who is a chiseled 212 pounds, 16 fewer than he weighted at the end of last season. Remarkably, his body fat has dropped from 10.2 percent to 4.4 percent since February.
If you mean Rusty he and his cousin-in-law formed a company "Anjon Systems, Inc" a number of years ago which sells software which includes nutrition and injury tracking sofware used by more than half the teams of the league at one time.

One thing athletes do is try to get body fat percentage as low as they can. Within reason, there are some advantages to that I suppose, but for normal people who aren't professional athletes I think the ideal body fat percentage is higher than 4.4%. Fat does have a necessary function in the human body. We need some of it. Frankly, I'd be thrilled with 10% right now. At least my BFP is lower now than it was in January. By next January I hope it'll be lower yet.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
