He won two division titles, had four playoff berths including a NFC championship and a trip to Super Bowl XXXVI (cheating Patriots)

I've heard nothing but negative things about him since then. He got driven out of SF and Det.

he has zero balance in his offense, he passes they ball approx 70% of the time.. that won't work in B-LO

Truth is he will probably get the job. I however vote Pass on him. I would laugh at his type of offense in Buffalo in the wind and weather. Now if we had a strong arm QB that was a leader I might see things differently.
