I thought Bruce was getting cut

I've read that Bruce Smith was going to get cut after June 1st. How come no one is mentioning it now that the date is here? Are the Deadskins resigning him? I still want him brought back just to break the sack record as a Bill. For the right price of course.

June 1 is a "soft" date. Unlike the deadline at the end of March, teams can cut there players anytime, June 1 is just the first day.


Teams have between now and the opening of camp to cut who they want to cut, and sign their picks.
