After tearing up the NFL last season, Travis Henry went right back to work. "It's going to be scary to see him this year," strength and conditioning coach Rusty Jones told the Buffalo News. "He's so far ahead of where he was last year because he was coming off the knee surgery." Henry emerged from the 2002 season in good shape, accelerating his workout regimen this offseason.

fumbles can be overcome.

Getting slower and older can not

Get used to the basement, because that is where Jersey will be all season.

I don't think so Natrix, but if it ever happens I'll ask you for advise since the bills have been in the basement lately. You are used to it!

WHAT....The jets were in the basement for 20 years. You're the one used to it.

Ok the Jets sucked for many years, but let's talk about recent hystory (the last 3 or 4 seasons), we've been better.
