Ok, I'll probably have 50 people jump down my throat for starting a thread, but I have a question that actually came up in my mind during my last post.

If you could stamp one image, one play, one clip to this season. What would it be?

Lots of good options. TO flipping out on the sideline when Trent got benched.

Trent getting broken in half vs NYJ

Maybin jumping off sides on the on sides

Jauron at the podium "Well we punted well"

Wood being carted off the field

Here is my vote:

Beat me to it. Tell McKelvin to take a damn knee and Roscoe to let the ball bounce when it's inside the 20. I still call sabotage on Roscoe's muffed punt.

Yeah, probably the McKelvin fumble. This one sums it up nicely as well....

that photo actually shows improvement on Whitner's part. Usually when we play the Pats, he isn't even close enough to Moss to commit PI.

Worth noting Owens didn't flip out when Trent got benched. Trent got benched after TO flipped. TO was probably flipping because Trent wasn't benched yet.

I can't remember which game but do recall near the end of a game when it was 4th and long Edwards throwing a 4-5 yard pass. That was brutal.

I think that play summed up Edwards.

4th and 16 and you throw for 4 yards. At least "punt" it downfield.

Exactly. It could end up hurting the bottom line, but if you throw a bomb there are only a few possibilities. I'll list them by probability.

1. Incomplete
2. Complete
3. Intercepted, tackled. Equivilent to a short punt/fair catch.
4. Pass interference. Depending on the ref team this may be more #3.
5. Intercepted, good return. Equivilent to a punt with a good return.
6. Intercepted, TD return. If it happens it here it could happen on a punt as well.

Either way, throwing a 4 yard route, especially to Derek Fine or Josh Reed, has very little chance. You throw it to Lynch or TO, who can break some tackles, maybe. Still not likely.

Cleveland 6 - Buffalo 3

i think that's the only thing we need to know.

For me it was when they fired the OC and traded Peters. It set the culture.

I think the most TELLING MOMENT of 2009 is Brad Butler going down for the season.

The OL looked very good the first two weeks and after that happened it was an avalanche of injuries on the OL that made it impossible for the offense to do anything.

That's my vote too. I sat through the worst game possibly in NFL history. Cleveland did all they could to lose. And then, the Parrish fumble. It was rock bottom time for the Bills.
