Brohm SUCKS!

I figured I would just beat some of you to the punch.

I don't expect him to do much. I just want to evaluate him like I eval a college guy, to me that's who hes competing against.

I hope he plays well, but if he doesn't, that's OK too as long as he shows he has some potential. And even if he shows us nothing, its not like we paid a ton for the guy or spent a draft pick, we signed him off another teams practice squad.

so far, it looks like the issue isn't the Qb...it's the absolute suckiness of the line. he looks like the other guys.

i don't know how we can evaluate him when he can either checkdown or get sacked. the falcons aren't even bringing the house either. they bring 4 rushers.

Same way we would evaluate Locker on a bad team. Footwork, accuracy, arm strength, mechanics, decision making, pocket awareness.

Just my opinion.

very few of those things, footwork, decision making or pocket awareness can be judged. he has no pocket and no time.

I thnk he is doing all right given the circumstances.

he needs to settle down but overall I like the way he gets rid of the ball...

This board cracks me up. It's Edwards and Fitzpatricks fault at QB but when Brohm comes out it's the line's fault. Oh brother.

I stand by my eval. I think he showed us some good points, and some bad. Hes got some skills that I think could take him far. But, he needs to be groomed and be put in good situations to learn properly.

The o-line was bad today, and he made several plays despite them.

Edwards is still, by far, the best QB on the team. Time to get Vick in here and let Edwards develop behind a real coaching staff. Than in 2011 decide if we need to draft a QB.

Unlike Edwards and Fitzpatrick it was Brohm's first start. Even when we had a semi-decent line Edwards still often played poorly

Ok so Edwards starts were poor. Fitzpatricks starts were poor....
