Cribbs Cleavland, Tony Gonzales KC (last year), if you look around the NFL you will see that aweful teams also have Superstars, just less of them!
Therefor, Buffalo's Problems are Much Bigger than Coaching. By and Large the Team Sucks. The reason that Whitner, Poz, Lynch, are not putting up good numbers is Not Because of Coaching, but because they are average players. After all, with a little more talent, even Dick Jouran had a 13-3 season w/the Bears!
