If u haven't noticed, I do it on purpose to make you think! Hell, if I put Cowher on the list, wouldn't it be a landslide? It's boring if u do it that way. These are realistic choices. I honestly think that one of these guys will be the next coach.

no way in hell Pat. How would his STL offense work in the cold and wind in Buffalo? Trust me, I want to fix the offense as much as anybody, but Martz is not the answer. The mad scientist would fail here. We would be throwing 60 times a game!

Out of that group I wouldn't mind seeing Billick. If we are going to reach for another coordinator, I'd rather see Eagles Asst. HC and OC Marty Mornhinweg.

Grimm is a nice thought as well.

From your list, I'd have to say Jason Garrett. Dallas has done a pretty good job at developing their talent on offense while Garrett has been there, while it's true that Payton is a part of that cause too. We may not even have a shot at Garrett though, if Wade gets fired it will likely be Garrett to take his job.

Would appreciate an "other" poll answer... My guess is Perry Fewell. Ralph is flashing money that hasn't even caught the eye of Shanahan or Cowher. Pull the recent trend and hire a coordinator for a new head coach. You'll get Matt Ryan, Joe Flacco, or resurrect Peyton Manning if you do that..

Seriously. Fix it and hire a new strength and conditioning coach.

Torn between Grimm and Billick. I made a thread back in September where I discussed how the Bills should not only look into Billick when Jauron was fired, but that it was my opinion he would be the coach hired by the Bills.

Russ Grimm is quickly becoming my second favorite option behind Bill Cowher. I like his credentials, his attitude and coaching background. I picked Grimm.

I was checking into him last night. Hes been to the SB, and the greatest show on turf was pretty powerful. The problem is that we don't have anywhere near that level of talent on O.

I like Ing's suggestion of Edwards too, but I think Grimm might be the best option on that list.

I heard on GR this morning through Jerry Sullivan that Billick said "who would want to coach in Buffalo?" For an offensive genius, his offenses sucked in Baltimore and the only reason he has a superbowl ring is because he had one of the greatest defenses of all time and one of the best linebackers of all time. No thanks to Billick.
