WOWOW....I hope he assembles a great staff and with the connections he has I'm sure he will. I wouldn't be surprised to see either Rob Ryan or Romeo Crennel come in as our DC and maybe even Vinny Testeverde come in as QB Coach/Offensive Assistant...there's a lot to be discussed so SHOOT

This is one rumor that I hope turns out to be true, keep Fewell here as our DC or bring in somebody better, Weis WILL fix our offense.

What did the post even say? I don't want to register for that message board just to read a rumor. But i am curious to what it says... lol

The thread has just been removed. The guy who started it felt like he had been misled and was trying to get rid of the thread. That's not to say Weiss won't be named as the coach of the Bills. It's just not anywhere close to a done deal or a sure thing.

it was probably someone from the Bills organization trying to see what our reaction would be

Hiring a new coach before a GM would be typical of this pathetic organization.

Why would we want to keep Fewell? The defense has not been very good during his stewardship.

Keeping him would likely be the best option unless we decide to move to the 3-4, which is the only case I'd like to see Fewell leave in.

They gotta get rid of all of them. Fewell is far from a good coach. He's proving his football IQ each week now.... get rid of all these bums. Clean the house the right way.

Until we interview prospective coordinator candidates, I doubt a decision will be made

The coach will hire the coordinators and therefore will have to be hired first.

Coordinator candidates like Frazier and Grimm for the Head Coach role - while some of the best candidates are under contract and we cannot contact them I doubt we'll pull the trigger yet.

I don't think Free Agency starts before the end of February so there will be plenty of time to appoint someone after their team has fallen in the playoffs

It was on the bb.com board? And people actually believed it?
