Just caught a Bills blurb on the rumors page at ESPN. To avoid a TOS violation, I won't quote, but it basically said that in addition to rumors about Weis, Schotty Sr. and Martz, there are other intriguing candidates:
Schotty Jr., Haslett and Mike Nolan.
I had never really thought about Nolan, but the blurb mentioned that Nolan did a commendable job of changing Denver's 4-3 to a 3-4 in one season. They also mention that part of his failure was due to having to develop an offense with few weapons, something that he may not need to do here so long as we can figure out the QB situation.
