    Anybody is better than Fitz. That's not saying much. He is what he is, 3rd string NFL qb.
    No Smith either.

        He did have a passer rating over 90 in his last start, two years ago as a rookie. It was a win vs Pittsburgh, and the Ravens sucked that year.

            I wouldnt trade anything more than a 7th for him

            I would give him a shot to compete but in no way shape or form bring him here thinking he is the answer. If he did turn out to be however it would be a nice surprise

              I thought he looked really good in the preseason... obviously he isn't an immediate fix but i think he could be a good player in this league eventually.

                I've been pretty vocal that I think Troy would be an excellent pick up. I don't think he should be the undisputed starter, but I think if he were brought in to compete w/another vet or rook, he'd surprise many of you guys. He has played well when called upon in Baltimore and won the starting job over Flacco last year until he got sick at the end of preseason. Obviously Flacco played well, and was also a 1st rounder/future of the franchise, so he kept his job. If he were 6'3" there would be almost no doubts about his ability.

                  Why not just take Vick if we're going to dick around and not draft a QB with our 1st pick?
