The source is not affiliated with the Bills whatsoever, so it's not a PR move at all. Sal backs this source 100%. He wouldn't report it if he wasn't sure it was true.

If it were from the Bills side, I myself would have reservations thinking it was a PR move.

But it was not.

I can't say it was from the Cowher camp, just that it is from people who are very aware of what's going on and NOT affiliated with the Bills.

I, for one, believe Sal on this report. Forgive Bills fans for doubting what you feel is a credible source, we've ALL been burned before! This decade has been the 70's all over again, and IF you lived it (I did!) you know what I'm talking about.
