My only question or concern is that Modrak's already turned down the GM title in the past...the only reason I can see a change of heart is if he wasn't offered final say on player acquisitions before, but he is now.

If it's Modrak, than it has to be good news on the Cowher front. If Thurman is excited, it can't be anything that we should be pissed about...I hope.
