Brandon is great with the business aspect so that was not a bad move IMO.

I have no problem with the move...as long as Brandon is not GM I'm fine with it. Now we got a real football guy running the show.

And now I"m with the Cowher aint coming here people for sure..

I dont see him coming to Buffalo and being just strictly the head coach, someone is going to offer him MUCH more than that, including complete personnel control

Forgive me if I'm remembering this incorrectly, but didn't Sal's source claim that total control wasn't something that Cowher had to have and that he'd be fine with a GM as long as they'd be able to work together?

Why is everybody so pissed about this move? The guy has a good, if not great track record (with recent success in SD) and is very highly respected in the league.

On paper this doesn't look bad. Listening to this press conference and Ralph's reasoning scares the hell out of me.

If this works it's because Ralph got lucky, not because he did an exhaustive search for the right guy.
