He just said that a QB cannot be successful when hes on his back. Sounds like he will try and patch up the O-Line
~He will also bring a HC who has succeeded at that Level before.

very true....he also won't be signing anyone too big....he won't let us lose a Pat Williams or Winfield, and will make sure we have great depth

I can see him picking up some of the guys he helped draft with the chargers. Mcneil would be ideal

i assume the chargers will resign him tho

he made it a point to say there are only 2-3 good QB's in the draft, if we do get marty or cowher you can bet your life saving we get one of them 2. Nix is not a big first round Oline guy. he is a guy that gets value for the lines. mcneil was a 2nd round pick, you heard him say deliman was a D lineman that they converted. i dont think you will see him draft a O-lineman in the first round. its going to be a QB from what i got. he wouldnt say there are 2-3 good ones out there unless he planned on attempting to aquire one. he could have easily said there are some good ones, but he noted how few there are with us having high picks in the first and second round.

i think we are now going LT in the draft maybe take a flyer on a QB in the 2nd or 3rd
man they got to fix that horrible D too
going cheap on a GM i hope that means spending big as a coach

He should draft the best available lineman for both O and D. You win in the trenches.

IMO we are a LT away from an O-Line that could develop into a very good one.
New LT, Levitre, Wood (move to center), Incognito, Butler.

Buddy's expertise is in the Southeastern Conference. I think if he can't find a QB worthy of a 1st rd pick, he will go with someone like Terrence Cody(Alabama) You can't go wrong with a dominant NT, who will be there for 10 plus years.

I read into that as QB will be targeted in the draft (if available), and if one can't be had in the draft or FA, look forward to another year of Edwards, Fitz, Brohm, and possibly Hamdan.

Can Trent be a better QB behind a better line? Sure, but they need to find the right HC, OC, and QB coach that can work out that tampon jammed in his ass.

Are you sure about that? This site has him as UFA.
