At about 6:00 they talk about coaching and Nix says they will narrow the list down to 2 or 3 and then take them to Mr Wilson. I thought Ralph said Nix was responsible for hiring the new HC. Why do they have to bring the list to Ralph, he needs to stay out of it and just write the checks. WTF Ralph stop meddling!
Maybe I'm reading into it too much, but it sounds like the same old Ralph to me.

No owner, or none i know at least, are going to give a new GM an open checkbook when it comes to hiring a coach...ralph prolly just wants to sign make sure Nix doesnt hire some s***head...at least thats my hope.

I hope so. I would like to think they named Buddy GM so soon so they could bring in Cowher by the end of next week. But I'm not going to hold my breath.

Look at Ralphs list of coachs he's hired. They've all been ****heads.
