Nothing new.

We discussed the Cowher reports, of course, but I had no "new" info, other than drawing dots from Nix to Cowher and my "grassy knoll" theory on how it's possible there's already a deal in place. But that's just something I thought of, not anything from any sources..

We also discussed Nix, draft position, and this game.

I've been wondering the same thing, Sal. I wouldn't be surprised if they already have agreed quietly with Cowher. It makes sense as to why you keep hearing all this stuff about him putting together a staff.

I was thinking on New Years Eve that Buddy Nix may have been a recommendation by Bill Cowher. That's why they got that press conference done so quickly. Because the timing of it just didn't make sense, unless there was something else going on....
