McDaniels is in his 1st year with a new qb and a rookie rb. He doesn't have his team intact yet.
Shanahan choked last year too at the 2nd half of the season with an arguably better qb and it wasn't his first year.
It's too early to say but I would think McDaniels will eventually be the best coach out of the BB tree.Comment
