Fox didn't sign Delhomme to that ridiculous extension. Just like Jauron didn't decide to dismantle the o-line and get rid of the two starting tackles.

A coach can only do so much. If the GM sucks than everyone falls with it. Look at the wonderful job Modrak has done. Hardy? McCargo, etc..

I'm pretty sure Jauron had a lot of player personel power. When a guy gets cut, I'm pretty sure it's almost always the coach's decision.
