Am I surprised by this? Not entirely. I think it's much more reasonable for Bills fans to expect a coordinator as our future HC. I definitely am (still) hoping somewhat for Cowher, though.

It doesn't mean he has decided guys. It probably just means he is pissed that the Carolina job is not available and he may wait a year. Problem is, if he does that the staff he has been assembling is up for grabs.

Now is the time you make him an offer he can't refuse. I am talking the highest paid coach in nfl history.

Seriously, why are we allowing ourselves to get emotionally affected by this?

If Cowher would prefer to sit at a desk at CBS then take on a challenge that is a perfect fit for him then I could care less.

I want someone in here who is genuinely driven and attracted to the job.

Personally, Im not going to get all hyped at the mere mention of his name associated with this team and all down when a report surfaces that he is not interested.

If you listen to Buddy Nix he has the same approach. He already stated that they will go after their top targets and if they don't feel they are truly interested Nix will move on to the next one on the list.

I don't get why coaching buffalo is thattt bad, the the media talks about it makes you think its awful. They mention carolina and tampa bay... those aren't exactly powerhouse teams

not totally buying it. Think its just a negotiating ploy. Not saying I think Cowher will come to Buffalo but I don't think he just closes the door one day after the season is over. Even if its not Buffalo, something may still open up.
