one thing that i have been thinking about since the hiring of buddy nix is the systems he has had in place.

obviously when he was here under the polian regime we ran a 3-4.

he moves to san diego with AJ smith they also employ a 3-4 scheme.

the 3-4 is what buddy knows hes been looking for guys that fit this system his entire career as a scout/personal man
