Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports the Buffalo Bills are making plans to interview several current assistant coaches to fill their head-coaching void, including Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Sean McDermott, Arizona Cardinals assistant head coach Russ Grimm and Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier. Other possibilities include New York Jets offensive coordinator Brian Scottenheimer and San Diego Chargers defensive coordinator Ron Rivera.

What do you think about McDermott? Haven't heard him brought up as of yet.

frazier is the ideal candidate if we actually have to go DC to head coach. he's been a winner every step of the way. he has overlooked some very good defenses.

Mcdermott, i've never heard of and Grimm, i've heard positive and negative stuff on. Not sure if i want either.

Talked to a person who is a hardcore Eagles fan. Said Mcdermott has been studying under Jim Johnson for more than a decade...basically would be like hiring Josh McDaniels on the defensive side of the ball.

We would probably keep the 4-3 but draft lots of big, bad D lineman. Scheme needs superior cover corners because of all the blitzing.
