Yeah, he went 1-15 as the fins' HC. The team/players revolted and gave up on him. Would love him as an asst HC/OC but as the HC is questionable.

wait it gets better he knows the AFC East with his year in Miami and should know a thing or two about Rex Ryan having worked against his D in practice in Baltimore. I agree he'd be a great OC but HC yeah not sure but who knows as we all know Belechek struggled his first time as a head guy in Cleveland.
