It's probably pretty definite that Josh Reed will step up to be the #2 WR.

Now with Jett signed, there'll be an interesting battle for the #3 spot. Who will it be?

Shoot. Forgot about Sam Aiken. Someone please add it for me.

Who's older? Johnson or Jett?

We still got people more at the bottom of the barrel to release first:

Rone, Andre'
Myers, Jerel
Coleman, Clarence
Brown, Antonio
Jackson, Paris
Rodney Wright

Maybe CJ will go down to the practice squad?

Shaw S/B #3, but what a battle for #s 4 and 5--Johnson, Aiken, Jett, Wright, A. Brown. We're deep, but all of these guys have some warts.

also, jett was playing behind 2 of the best receivers to EVER play the game..plus porter...He's got speed, and with moulds double covered and reed going over the middle, just send jett deep and it will pose a great threat!

Jett has speed, but hands of stone if I remember correctly.

Yeah, I don't care if he doesn't catch one pass. Every time he is in he should just run a streak, nothing but.

Jett had a alot of years with the raiders without rice it was him Rocket Ismail and Tim Brown then they cut Rocket and he never emerged so they had to go get Rice and draft Porter.

No...way too much time in the league for that. You have to be in the league for less than two years AND have been on a active roster for less than 6 games.

id say it changes about 4 times throughout the season.

I think Jett will have a hard time making the team let alone challenge for the third receivers spot...

I wonder why the Bills never sent Rodney Wright to NFLE.

I still think he's got a shot for #5

who the hell are you talking about?

You put 3 wides out there, Campbell or Moore, and TH.

Just send Jett deep- their fastest DB will be taken out of the play, and it freezes the safety for a sec or two. That leaves 1 CB, 1 Safety, and 1 LB to cover Moulds and Reed. The rest will still commit themselves to respecting/stopping the run. Kinda reminds me a shade of the Kgun days- with Reed, Lofton, & Beebe. And Drew can deliver the deep ball to keep the D's honest.

Hell, all he's gotta do is actually hold on to only 5-6 of the deep ones a season.

3. Jett
4. Shaw (in high scoring games)
5. Aiken (in low scoring games he will be #4)

Thats my opinion.

I don't have facts or evidence, but i will bet money James Jett is now our fastest WR? I think they will use Jett alot, as a speedy WR with alot of deep passes to him with Josh Reed down the middle.

Shaw is more skilled and proven then Aiken and has more speed so in offense games i think he will be used alot, in 4 WR sets. But in low scoring games where 1 mistake could lose the game, i think Aiken will see more action because hes more of a possesion WR.

I dont think anyone will beat out Reed for #2 though.

And i am glad we signed Jett because now Shaw being 4th WR can consintrate on punt and kickoff returns which is the biggest reason he was signed.
