i think that we can all tell that we are tired of "captain checkdown" and fitzpatrick is a bum and is not are future, but i like the young brian brohm. he is not scared to down field for a home run and he has a great arm all we have to do is give him a good chance.

I think we'd be foolish not to draft one somewhere along the line. I think that we may actually be able to trade Trent. There are some teams out there that I think would give up something for him.

If we don't get a QB till 2010 then that means we will be still waiting in 2012-2013 to make the playoffs.

IMO, getting Vick in here to go along with a big aggressive defense and a dominant run game would get us to the playoffs.

We can draft a QB in round 2 or 3 and let him develop.

Depends, will Bradford or Clausen be there when we pick or not? If not, I'd say that we don't reach on a quarterback unless we really feel he is the answer, because it's better to wait 1 year to find a franchise signal caller then it is to draft one this year and to spoil three years developing damaged goods.

Sign a vet, take a late round flier this year and go after Andrew Luck next year.

I think it depends on who Ralphie-Poo brings in. Personally due to past experience, I do not share faith will Bills fans who think that the Bills could be successful drafting a QB. We have failed one to many times for me to get caught up in lost hope like that again.

BTW, I think it's just about a given that the Bills will draft a QB, but not necessarily in Round 1.

I think Fizpatrick proved that he is an average backup in this league. We still of course have questions at the top. I'll admit I still like Trent and focus on fixing the O-line this year and would keep him around and see if he improves next year. At the same time I could see taking a rookie in Rounds 3-5 to compete with him. If he fails then you focus on QB in 2011.

Look at the QBs in the playoff now:

Manning
Brady
Brees
Rivers
Favre
Warner

Rodgers
McNabb
Romo
Palmer

Flacco
Sanchez

I think it's pretty clear that in order to have the best chance to make it to the playoffs, you must have a good quarterback. QB and coach are the two most important things when determining how successful an NFL franchise is going to be.
