Both Russ and Brian aren't interested in the Bills HC position.

Fine as Schottenheimer will be without a job this time next year anyway. He's just not that good.

Not 100% disappointed on the Russ Grimm option unless Cowher doesn't work out.

Of course B. Schott will say that. He doesn't want to insult anyone unless something formal and real is presented to him.

He did say he would listen and that is the most important part of everything he said. The rest was just nice words.

If the Bills present him with the HC gig and a nice contract that doubles or triples his current income he would have a tough time saying no.

What if his offense flops next year and he is no longer considered HC material? Then he will have lost an opportunity that doesn't present itself often, which is being given the keys to an NFL franchise.

Same with Grimm.

I think I've officially given up on Cowher. If we can't get some assistant coaches interested in their first ever head coaching gig, how the heck are we going to convince Cowher to come to B-Lo?
